SCCE, Pune has launched two new batches for Wipro Ltd on 6th January 2021 under their initiatives Notch Up and Step Up. It was 20th Batch of EPGDBM for Notch Up and 8th Batch of Finance for Step Up. SCCE, Pune & Wipro managed successfully to inaugurate these new batches even during this new normal of virtually working from home.

Dignitaries like Mr P B Kotur, Head - Higher Education Program; Mr Anurag Seth, VP – Talent Transformation; MrAravindViswanathan, Sr VP – Finance; Mr Amit Bajoria, Sr VP – Finance were present from Wipro Ltd and Dr Seema Singh, Professor and Director, SCCE, Pune; Dr Swati Yeravdekar, Executive, SCCE, Pune; Team SCCE, Pune and participants were also present during the ceremony.

Alumni MsPratibhaRamesh from EPGDBM Batch XVII &MsPriyaKumawat from EPGDBM Batch Finance IV thanked Wipro & Symbiosis teams for their support to complete the course while working. They also praised Symbiosis for giving excellent faculty members from the industry who showered them with in depth knowledge. Their energy in the classroom encouraged the class to participate actively during the sessions.

After the inaugural video shared by SCCE, Pune Mr Anurag formally declared the inauguration of the two batches. He praised the program for its blend ongoing learning while working. He also said that participants get a strong foundation, they develop competency and different strategic perspective after completion of this programs.

From Senior management team of Wipro Mr Arvind and Mr Amit, mentioned that the program has become a backbone of the team. Program helps for individual growth as well as collective growth of organization and develop strong lifetime relationships. For these batches it will be a hybrid learning experience through online and classroom sessions.

Dr. Seema Singh addressed the group and informed them that MrKotur is guiding force with the support of Mr Anurag, Mr Arvind and Mr Amit for these courses over 17 years. She also explained about the program and how it would be conducted ahead.
