SCCE, Pune has launched a new batch for Wipro Ltd on 24th November 2021 under their initiative Step Up. It was 9th Batch of EPGDBM Finance for Step Up. SCCE, Pune & Wipro managed successfully to inaugurate the new batch even during this hybrid working.

Mr. Thirunavukkarasu Palaniappan of Wipro Ltd who is Sr. Manager – Talent Transformation welcomed all.

Dignitaries like Mr. P B Kotur, Head - Higher Education Program, Mr. Anurag Seth, VP – Talent Transformation, Mr. Jatin Dalal, CFO, Ms. Aparna C Iyer, VP – Finance were present from Wipro Ltd. and Dr. Seema Singh, Professor and Director, SCCE, Pune, Dr. Swati Yeravdekar, Executive, SCCE, Pune, Team SCCE, Pune and participants were present during the inaugural ceremony.

The inaugural video was shared by SCCE, Pune with beautiful memories of earlier batches.

Mr. Siddharth Shetty from EPGDBM Batch Finance VII and Ms Kamna from EPGDBM Batch Finance VIII thanked Wipro & Symbiosis teams for their support to complete the course while working. They also praised Symbiosis for giving excellent faculty members from the industry who showered them with in depth knowledge with the help of real time case studies. They informed the participants that Wipro management and Symbiosis team will support them during their work and study phase.

Mr. Anurag praised the program for its blend ongoing learning while working. He also mentioned that this particular initiative has crossed 400+ participants. He also said that participants develop confidence and competency after completion of this programs to perform their roles better in the organization.

Mr. Jatin mentioned that participants to build on learning to get vast knowledge and continue their progress in the organization. He shared that there are always two sides fun and frustration and it should be taken positively to work towards becoming good leaders.

Ms. Aparna said that she is very happy to hear from the batches’ participants about their feedback of the course. She said that joy of learning equipping with no pressure is accelerating. She also told the participants should look at the course positively as they are getting an opportunity to earn while they learn. Work from home is not in a conducive ecosystem to work so be focused, ambitious where you want to reach, be a professional and be prepared to strike the opportunity irrespective of its size.

Dr. Seema Singh addressed the group and thanked the entire Wipro management for these courses over 17 years. She also explained about the program and how it would be conducted ahead. She shared with the participants that they have done the right choice by joining the course and will definitely climb the success ladder at their work places. She also thanked Wipro management for such a nice initiative for the Wipro employees.
