Online Diploma Distribution Ceremony for Tata Autocomp Systems Ltd EPGDBM Batch IV, Pune

Symbiosis Centre for Corporate Education, Pune and Tata Autocomp Systems Ltd, Pune had arranged for the Online Diploma Distribution Ceremony for Tata AutoComp Systems Ltd EPGDBM Batch IV, Pune on 28th February 2022.

Dr Seema Singh, Professor and Director, SCCE, Pune & Dr Swati Yeravdekar, Executive, SCCE, Pune and Team of Symbiosis Centre for Corporate Education were present from Symbiosis. Mr Arvind Goel, MD & CEO, Tata AutoComp & Mr Sudipta Marjit, Group Head HR and Team from TACO graced the ceremony along with other dignitaries from Tata Autocomp Systems Ltd. All the participants of the batch were present for the ceremony.

Ms Shreya from TACO gave a warm welcome to all the dignitaries, teams and participants. She congratulated participants on successful completion of this professional development program. She thanked Dr Seema Singh and SCCE, Pune team and faculty members for their constant dedication and guidance during online classes.

The ceremony proceeded by witnessing a beautiful video created by the SCCE, Pune team which took all the participants down the memory lane.

Post the video Mr Arvind Goel, MD & CEO, Tata AutoComp shared his thoughts with all. He informed about the company’s market growth and Tata group is in forefront to give back to the society. He also mentioned how these programs were initiated. He congratulated all the participants on completion of leadership training program from Symbiosis which has added feather in their cap. He told all the participants to apply these learnings at their workplace which is platter to execute. He said that positive side of the pandemic was the hybrid/online classes which is the new way of life.

Dr Seema Singh, Professor and Director, SCCE, Pune gave a warm welcome to all her graduating students who are now alumni of Symbiosis. She said that it’s a privilege to connect with a company like TACO and thanked the senior management for supporting this initiative. She also thanked the senior management for participating the functions like Batch Inaugurations and Diploma Distributions ceremonies of the EPGDBM batches to encourage their employees. She mentioned to her students to be grateful to their organization for their support. She described this batch as a good mix of participants. Dr Seema Singh concluded her speech by wishing students great success, health and life ahead filled with learnings as life’s greatest lessons and celebrations come in serendipity.

Toppers from the batch Mr Rahul Kalhapure & Mr Rajesh Dubey expressed their gratitude towards the TACO management for giving them opportunity to do the course, their unconditional support during the course and thanked Symbiosis for offering them excellent faculty members, who helped them to gain the knowledge to see a larger perspective. Today they feel different as they are transformed personally and professionally and are ready to take up big challenges and decisions. They also shared that this course has helped to learn lessons of life and make unforgettable, priceless experience and a bond of gratitude.

Mr Rahul Kalhapure was appreciated for an outstanding academic performance during the course. TACO management encouraged the best performers by giving them with cash rewards.
