The program consists of various inputs needed to enhance one's skills in the Operations Management area. There will be case studies, open discussions, exercises, assignments etc. that will need you to participate actively in all the sessions and contribute to a group learning experience.

At the end of the program, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Operations Management will be awarded to all the successful participants.
