The EPGDHRM (Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management) program will be of 18 months duration and will compose of 3 semesters, each of 5 to 6 months(inclusive of examinations).

This EPGDHRM is designed to train employees in the HR function. This training has been designed in such a way that the participants will undergo a rigorous training in various aspects of HR.

This programme will consist of 15 modules of two credits each and will run through a tri-semester 18 month program. The coverage will include basics of HR, various HRD Systems in detail, Organizational Behaviour, HRD Instruments as well as the legal aspects of HR. They will also be required to complete a project during their third semester.

These trainees on completion of this course will be awarded the "Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management" by the Symbiosis International University.
